Wireless projection using iOS/Android
This application allows you to send PDF files, PowerPoint files, and images saved onto an iOS or Android device (tablets and smartphones) to a Panasonic wireless projector over a wireless LAN (Wi-Fi), and project them.
You can also project web pages with the built-in web browser, and photos taken with the built-in camera on your device. In addition, the application also allows you to rotate the screen, enlarge or reduce the screen with a pinch operation, and flip through pages with a ‘flick’ operation.
Compatible projectors include: PT-VW435N/VX505N/VX400NT/DZ570 series/FW430 series. The PT-DZ570 and PT-FW430 series projectors require the ET-WM200 wireless module.
Particularly useful in corporate and education environments, the application delivers a number of high-value benefits:
- There’s no need for a PC, as presentations can be delivered direct from smartphones and tablets
- There are no connectivity issues with laptops or PCs that have different connectors (MAC, RGB, HDMI, DVI, etc.)
- Reduced cabling and installation cost
- No need for software or driver installation
- Quick switching between presenters
- Every attendee with an Android or iOS device can participate
- Students can connect during lectures, accessing the projector where necessary
